Incentive Grants

Restaurant Row Grant

Available to full service dining facilities serving lunch and dinner and located between Linden St. & Walnut St. and 5th St. to 12th St. Priority will be given to restaurant clusters within the target area. Applicants may receive between $10,000 and $50,000 for fit-out costs such as interior construction, façade & signage, and fixtures. Does not include furniture and equipment. Option to use as a rental rebate of up to 80% of the first two years of rent up to $50,000 (minimum 5-year lease). The business must remain open and operate during the term of the grant.

Retail Incentive Grant

Available to new retail stores located between Linden St. & Walnut St. and 5th St. to 12th St. Priority will be given to restaurant clusters within the target area. Applicants may receive between $5,000 and $20,000 for fit-out costs such as interior construction, façade & signage, and fixtures. Does not include furniture and equipment. Option to use as a rental rebate of up to 80% of the first two years of rent up to $20,000 (minimum 5-year lease). The business must remain open and operate during the term of the grant.
