Bridgeworks by the Creek (.pdf)
AEDC has facilitated the remediation of a brownfield site into 87,500 sq. ft (42,500 sq. ft offered) of viable industrial space well located to Route 78. This property is currently for sale as a condominium by AEDC. Because Bridgeworks by the Creek is located in the Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ), it offers exemption from State and Local taxes until December 31, 2010! Visit the above link for more information on this unique opportunity!
Allentown Arts Park
This 0.6 acre green park creates an open, campus-like space for the downtown arts community. The City of Allentown is working with the arts community to support arts programming from this beautiful urban park!

The Arts Walk
This plaza connects three major arts entities--The Baum School of Art, Symphony Hall, and the Allentown Art Museum.
America On Wheels ö
"Steering into the Lehigh Valley in April 2008, will be more than just a car collection. Our museum will include cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles and carriages. The museum will be a balanced showcase of highly interactive exhibits and magnificent vehicles. America On Wheels will highlight the value of the past, present and future of our nation's over-the-road transportation systems and preserve our transportation history by looking back in time."

The Brew Works ö
This new restaurant and microbrewery, located in 812 Hamilton Street's historic Harold's Furniture Building, offers a tantalizing array of menu items in a relaxed, elegant atmosphere. To plan your next party there, call 610-882-1300.

Lehigh Landing
This parcel along the Lehigh River is being designed to include America on Wheels, a transportation museum; a riverwalk; and an arboretum. AEDC looks forward to the opportunities presented in this vibrant space.
